Return Policy

As we do not sell physical products, returns are not applicable. However, we encourage our clients to reach out to us if they face any issues or are unsatisfied with our service setup or experience.

Refund Policy

We may offer refunds under the following circumstances:

If the service was not delivered as promised due to technical issues on our end.

If the customer cancels a service within 7 days of initial payment and before implementation begins.

In case of duplicate payments or billing errors.

⚠️ Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered, used, or customized unless proven defective or non-functional.

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval and returned to the original payment method.
